I've worked for Reuters since 1989 as a photographer but most recently since 1998 as Global Photo Production Editor based in London. I look after innovation in the photo department and am responsible for day-to-day workflow and future technical strategy as well as setting up coverage of large sport events such as the Olympic Games and Fifa World Cup.
